Telecom Foreman & Lineman
We seeking an experienced telecom foreman and lineman to install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground telecommunication lines and infrastructure. In this role, you will work as part of a team to build, upgrade, and service our telecom network across diverse terrain and weather conditions.

- Crews are eligible for production compensation every payroll on top of base pay

Responsibilities:
- Installing and repairing telecom lines and cables, including fiber optic, copper, and coaxial lines
- Climbing utility poles to access and string cable
- Operating bucket trucks and related equipment to run new lines and make repairs
- Planning and coordinating work orders and daily assignments
- Collaborating with telecom engineers, foremen, and other technicians
- Working outside in all weather and environmental conditions
- Following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
- Knowledge of telecom systems/networks (fiber optics, coaxial)
- Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet
- Ability to lift/carry 70lb ladder
- Full body mobility (twisting, turning, climbing, standing for long periods)
- Basic hand tool proficiency
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Pass a background check
- Professional, positive attitude
- Energetic and eager to learn new skills
