Automotive Collision Shop Manager Wanted at Wright In Ambridge Join our growing team! We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Collision Shop Manager to oversee all aspects of our busy shop. Benefits

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, including scheduling, estimating, and quality control
Oversee a team of skilled technicians and ensure their productivity
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance companies
Implement cost-effective strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

Qualifications:

Current PA Estimator Appraisers license
Proven experience as an Automotive Collision Shop Manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of automotive repair techniques and industry standards
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
