Welcome to Beaches and Cream ! We're launching a brand-new café concept in Panama City Beach — and we're looking for skilled, dependable baristas to help us bring it to life.
Beaches and Cream is your new favorite neighborhood spot for premium ice cream, Starbucks coffee, beautifully plated charcuterie boards, and quick bites. Our vibe? Relaxed, welcoming, and high quality — perfect for both grab-and-go and sit-and-savor experiences.
If you have at least 2 years of barista or coffee shop experience , love high-quality coffee and ice cream, and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you! We're building a team that's upbeat, professional, and passionate about great food and drinks.
Crafting & Service
Prepare Starbucks beverages and other menu items with consistency and care
Serve premium ice cream and assist with plating charcuterie boards
Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Teamwork & Operations
Collaborate with fellow baristas and shift leaders to keep things running smoothly
Assist with inventory restocking, store upkeep, and maintaining a clean workspace
Follow opening and closing procedures
Jump in where needed to support the team and ensure great service
Minimum 2 years of experience in a barista or specialty coffee role
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light lifting
Flexible availability — mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays required
Friendly, reliable, and upbeat
Passionate about coffee and delivering quality
