As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Applied Behavioral Services, you will design and guide individualized behavioral programs that help students build critical skills for independence and success. You’ll collaborate with families, educators, and behavior technicians to implement evidence-based interventions that promote growth across learning, social, and emotional domains.
What You’ll Need
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) credential
Experience developing and monitoring behavior plans within educational or clinical settings
Strong data analysis, communication, and consultation skills
Ability to lead, coach, and mentor staff in behavior intervention strategies
What You’ll Do
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans
Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions to ensure progress toward treatment goals
Provide supervision and clinical support to Behavior Technicians and trainees
Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate student care
Participate in treatment plan meetings and provide feedback on progress and outcomes
