1. Localize brand positioning and adapt Chinese brand marketing campaigns and content to the local market.
2. Manage the entire new store marketing cycle, including pre-opening: social media and community engagement; opening period: promotional events (KOLs and limited-time offers); post-opening: monthly themes and event operations.
3. Manage digital traffic conversion, manage social media accounts, produce and plan content, deliver targeted advertising (TikTok, etc.), and monitor data to optimize promotional strategies.
4. Integrate local resources, expand the network of poster suppliers, KOLs, and media outlets, coordinate in-store promotional material production, and promote media resources.
5. Manage public opinion and risk, quickly respond to negative reviews, and prevent cultural conflicts.
