Job Description

We are looking for a Contract Administrator for a top media & entertainment company in Burbank, CA!

Responsibilities:

• The role’s primary duties will be combining and separating PDFs of highly confidential Start Paperwork and I9 paperwork for legal retention purposes.
• Take Notes.
• Perform additional duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a proven high proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro. They must be able to edit/combine PDF files quickly without explanation.
• Previous demonstratable discretion involving personally identifiable information is a must.
• The candidate should be a self-starter, thorough, and a critical thinker.
• Ideally, they have prior experience with NetDocuments or similar web-based file management programs.
• I-9 document knowledge a plus.
• Prior contracts administration or television production office experience welcome but not needed.
• 1-2 Years of previous Admin exp in a large corporation
• Net docs - File transfers – within Net docs
• Adobe Acrobat Pro
• MS-Suite, Excel, MS-Suite, Excel,
• Comp literate and very intuitive with Technology
• Ability to Focus on the Work - it can be repetitive and detailed
