Job Description

Company DSP Arkwins Logistics, We are Delivery partials/Packages to houses appts, business, we have immediate openings available Delivery Driver Associate, for reliable, responsible and professional delivery associates to become part of our Package Delivery Team. If you have any prior delivery or driving experience (Pizza Delivery, Shuttle, Uber/Lyft, Car Parts Delivery, you are all Welcomed, we do provide 4 days paid training and its paid as well.

As a delivery associate, you can expect to delivery to residential homes, apartments, commercial buildings, office and mobile home. Job is based out of the city of industry, California.

Job Requirements

• Job is based out of City of Industry, California
• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch.
• Physically able to enter and exit a company van between 180 - 200 times a day
• Ability to work up to 40+ hours a week. This position is full time
• Must be able to work up to 8 to 9 hours.
• Ability to operate and navigate a 10,000+ pound van.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays (No Exceptions! - We are closed New years, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Xmas)
• Ability to effectively operate a GPS.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
• Capable of moving up and down stairs.
• Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence
• Hourly Pay rate starts at $21.50+ based on prior Amazon exp & performance score card
• All Performance are base on Delivery and Safety Score cards.
• Avg delivery packages up to 300 to 340 in a concentrated 10 block area.
• We Start at 9:30 am start time and ends shift at 6 pm
• 4 Day to 5 days Schedules (Must Include one day out of the weekend)

Basic Qualification

• Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence
• Willing to take a pre-employment drug test in accordance with the local law
• Willing to undergo a background check in accordance with the local law,
• Background will check for Felonies and DUI’s.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid driver’s license. Probationary or Mutilated License NOT accepted.
• Must have a good driving record and must agree and pass the Background checks.
• MUST pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must be at least 23  years of age
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to get in and out of a van throughout the day and comfortable driving in changing weather conditions.
• delivery driver Must have good communication skills, team player, and have the ability to work well with others
• Must be punctual, reliable, and passionate about customer service
• The commercial (or work-related) driving experience is a plus
• Must be able to work on all major Holidays (before or after the holidays)
