*We are actively seeking candidates based in the Seattle and greater Seattle area as this role requires being on-site in Redmond, WA 4 days per week*

Role Overview

We’re seeking a  Digital Asset & Governance Manager (Consultant) to own and optimize our client's growing library of reusable agents, components, and tools built in  Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 Copilot . This role blends  technical understanding, governance oversight, and strong communication skills  to ensure the library remains accurate, up-to-date, and easy to consume across the organization.

You will serve as the  single point of contact  for locating, rationalizing, and enhancing content in the library, driving adoption, and eliminating duplication. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys  bridging technical content with organizational needs , and who can work independently to deliver both structure and scale.

As a Digital Asset & Governance Manager (Consultant) for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

  • Library Ownership – Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the library of agents and reusable components (logging, reporting, email content creation, localization, etc.).
  • Governance & Rationalization – Identify and resolve duplicate or overlapping content; ensure consistent structure, naming conventions, and metadata tagging.
  • Content Currency – Keep all assets up to date, archiving outdated items and incorporating newly created components or agents.
  • Cross-org Collaboration – Partner with teams across the organization to understand their needs, encourage reuse, and enhance components to meet broader requirements.
  • Request Fulfillment – Act as the go-to resource for stakeholders needing a specific asset, ensuring quick, accurate retrieval.
  • Enhancement Planning – Prioritize and plan improvements to the library to align with business objectives and user feedback.
  • Documentation & Standards – Create and maintain guidance, templates, and best practices for content contribution and reuse.
  • Evangelism & Training – Promote awareness and usage of the library, providing demos, training, or onboarding for new contributors.

Requirements

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in  project/program management content governance , or  repository/library management in a technical or software environment.
  • Familiarity with  Power Automate Copilot Studio , and  Microsoft 365 Copilot , with the ability to understand their role in automation and productivity workflows.
  • Strong organizational and cataloging skills — able to manage large volumes of assets with precision.
  • Proven ability to drive governance processes and enforce content standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple concurrent tasks.

You might also have:

  • Experience managing  code repositories content management systems , or  technical documentation libraries .
  • Familiarity with  Power Platform governance and best practices.
  • Exposure to AI-powered tools and their integration into process automation.
  • Background in technical writing or user enablement.
  • Consulting or vendor experience supporting multiple business groups.

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.

The annual salary range for this role is: $105,000 - $130,000 W2 (plus benefits)
