Our quickly growing, very well-established online recruiting/marketing agency is currently seeking another highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded marketing expert with proven high-level success in PPC advertising across multiple platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and a track record of data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities FB Ad Management: Develop, manage, and optimize Meta PPC campaigns to drive results for both client and business growth. Client Services: Regularly post and manage a high volume of online job postings on platforms like Indeed utilizing established templates and guidelines. Multi-Channel: Launch and manage additional marketing channels (such as email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, etc.) to expand our marketing reach. Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing partners/contractors including copywriters, designers, SEO agencies, developers, etc to efficiently execute strategies. A/B Testing: Implement systematic A/B testing processes to refine ad performance, targeting, and messaging. Analytics: Track, analyze, and report KPI’s to gauge efficiency of marketing channels, enhance performance, and drive strategic decision-making. Process Development: Help build scalable and replicable systems, templates, and processes for future team growth and efficiency.
