This opportunity is in with Power Source Electrical in Pineville, NC . The Electrician is a highly motivated individual that has experience necessary to perform the electrical components of installations to the highest industry standards in homes and business throughout our target market.

We are a family-owned and operated electrical company specializing in custom residential remodels, standby generator installations, and new construction projects. We have served the Greater Charlotte Metro area since 1996 and are seeking an Electrician to support future growth.

What you’ll do:

• Complete service calls and installations with minimal supervision to NEC standards.
• Estimate time required and materials needed to complete jobs profitably.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors, contractors and customers.
• Efficient use of time & materials; meet required deadlines.
• Provide directions to electrical helpers and follow-up with their productivity.
• Basic computer skills (email, purchase orders, quotes, work orders, etc.).

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of electrical experience within a residential setting.
• Experience with home stand-by generator installation, remodels, or new construction is a plus.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week and limited overtime as needed.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must have clean driving record, background check and pass drug screening.
• A strong baseline understanding of the current Electrical Code.
