Job Overview North Alabama Restorations Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator to join our high-performing Sales & Client Relations team. This position is responsible for producing accurate insurance restoration estimates using Xactimate software. You will visit project sites, gather detailed information, and prepare comprehensive estimates that help secure signed contracts and drive company growth. Learn more about us at Key Responsibilities - Conduct on-site inspections to assess loss scope and gather necessary information.
- Use Xactimate to create accurate, detailed estimates for insurance restoration projects.
- Submit estimates to insurance adjusters and program systems within required timelines.
- Secure signed contracts through effective communication and client rapport.
- Represent North Alabama Restorations Inc. professionally and ethically at all times.
- Meet or exceed personal and company sales targets.
Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or insurance restoration estimating (required).
- Must have 1+ year of experience in construction or insurance restoration estimating.
- Proficient in Xactimate and Xactanalysis software (certification preferred).
- Proven customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High School diploma or GED required; additional certifications or training a plus.

Schedule - Full-time, Monday-Friday
- On-call rotation for mitigation claims approximately 4 times per year
