Our client, an architectural firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join their team.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background architectural design and be proficient in using Revit software.

The primary responsibility of this role is to create full sets of plans for multifamily and mixed-use buildings, including construction documents.

To be considered, a portfolio is a must, your resume will ne be reviewed without a portfolio

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand project requirements and objectives
• Utilize Revit software to create architectural designs and develop full sets of plans
• Prepare accurate and detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Coordinate with other disciplines, such as structural and MEP engineers, to integrate their designs into the overall project
• Review and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders during construction phase
• Stay updated with the latest architectural design trends, software updates, and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Architect, with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use buildings
• Proficiency in using Revit software for architectural design and documentation
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
