Job Summary
The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing daily
financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing
reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company
policies.
Key
Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor financial records, ledgers, and
accounts.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial
reporting.
Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
for financial matters.
Assist with audits and tax filing processes.
Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
(MBA/CA Inter preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g.,
Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
