Description: The HR Analytics Project Consultant will work closely with the Director of HR Analytics and the VP of Total Rewards/HR Technology, collaborating with senior HR professionals to design and improve business processes and analytics. This role focuses on reviewing, redesigning, and implementing enhancements in HR operations, while facilitating communication and project updates across departments. The consultant will also support VP-led initiatives and engage with various teams to drive strategic improvements. Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and responsiveness within the Total Rewards and Analytics departments
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to refine processes, driving continuous improvements in efficiency and productivity
  • Support HR operational partners in developing, implementing, and optimizing business processes and data metrics
  • Contribute to the creation of new processes and analytics, aligning them with Emory Healthcare strategic vision
  • Partner with stakeholders to leverage technology and data analysis in resolving challenges and advancing strategic priorities
  • Manage and oversee projects within designated HR domains
  • Understand and analyze HR business processes and reporting structures
  • Participate in strategic discussions focused on short- and long-term goals, setting performance metrics, milestones, and benchmarks
  • Assess and prioritize enhancement requests, balancing level of effort and timelines
  • Collaborate with project teams to track, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Partner with communications and training teams to drive user adoption and engagement
  • Prepare and present detailed data reports to senior leadership
  • Contribute to decision-making, scoping, and arranging HR system projects aligned with the broader HR strategy
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Strong consulting skills with a customer-focused, solution-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Proven ability to foster relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in process optimization and data analysis
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, balancing both transactional and project based workloads
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines with keen attention to detail
  • High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive information
  • Experience identifying operational challenges and implementing strategic solutions
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors degree required
  • 3+ years of relevant HR experience
  • Previous experience leading system-related projects and providing strategic recommendations is preferred
