COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
$40/HR
**Key Qualifications**
- Possess HVAC Licenses or HVAC Journeyman Certification
- 5-7 years of progressive experience, including building automation systems
- Trade or Technical School certificate in HVAC or Refrigeration preferred.
- Competent with Building Automation Systems like Schneider Electric or Johnson Controls.
- Universal CFC Certification and Steam Engineering Licensure are favorable.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and accommodate physical demands like bending, lifting, and climbing.
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, including nights, and weekends.
