Inbound Customer Service Representative | Salt Lake City, UT
Nexeo HR is hiring Inbound Customer Service Representatives for long-term, full-time positions in Salt Lake City. This role is perfect for candidates with strong communication skills, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have at least 1 year of customer service experience and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and emails while resolving questions about products and equipment
• Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries
• Gather information and problem-solve to maintain customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent service through active listening and clear communication
• Accurately maintain records of customer interactions
Qualifications
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Computer proficiency with the ability to learn new web-based software
• Comfortable with multi-line phone systems and efficient with ten-key
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute
• Perfect attendance and a strong sense of urgency
• Must be comfortable working primarily with online order verification using a fraud detection tool
Pay
$15.00–$15.50 per hour
Schedule
• Monday–Friday | 9:30am–6:30pm
• Sunday–Thursday | 8:30am–5:00pm
