Achievement House Inc. is a respected nonprofit with a 70-year legacy of empowering individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking a dedicated Part-time or Full-time  Individual Placement Job Coach to join our team. Responsibilities

• Deliver continuous vocational training and guidance tailored to individual abilities and growth objectives.
• Ensure contract requirements are met, maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold a positive, professional demeanor when interacting with individuals served and the community.
• Encourage and teach client advocacy skills, and advocate on behalf of individuals when necessary.

Qualifications

• Current California driver's license & auto insurance (driving is a part of this role)
• Ability to pass a LiveScan background check
• Reliable transportation
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to serve as a role model for adults with disabilities
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• Must have basic computer/technology skills and knowledge 

Compensation

The starting pay for this position is $23 per hour plus benefits/perks!
