The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more! If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: Minimum of High School Diploma or EquivalentAssociates or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development or related field (preferred)90hrs Infant/Toddler, ADA,9hrs Communications and Breast feeding certifications Minimum of one year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college creditsDemonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual developmentCommitment to ongoing professional developmentPhysical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required. The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
