We are looking for a highly motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is key in driving our outbound sales efforts, engaging with prospective customers, and securing meetings for our business development team.
Responsibilities
· Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute email campaigns, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach to engage IT decision-makers and procurement teams.
· Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects.
· Appointment Setting: Secure introductory meetings with prospective clients for the sales and business development teams.
· CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, key accounts, and decision-makers to tailor outreach strategies.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and with sales leadership to align on target accounts.
· Proactively identify and research potential customers within target markets.
· Develop and execute effective email outreach campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
· Conduct high-volume cold calls to qualify leads and schedule meetings with sales representatives.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
· Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings secured.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
· Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
· Contribute to the development and improvement of sales strategies and processes.
Requirements
· 3-5 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development, preferably in IT services or consulting.
· Demonstrated success in email outreach, cold calling, and securing meetings with potential customers.
· Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage senior IT professionals.
· Experience using sales tools and CRM platforms (D365 CRM, apollo.io, or similar).
· Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Prior experience selling IT services, consulting, or software solutions.
· Understanding of Data Analytics, Test Automation, DevOps, and IT Operations (a plus but not required).
· Experience working with IT procurement teams and decision-makers.
