Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• I am seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in educational technology, instructional technology, software development, or a related discipline. You should have three to five years of experience in administering and implementing learning management systems within a corporate training or professional services environment. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PeopleSoft is essential.

• In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and execution of our learning and development technology platforms. You will influence and manage the procurement, implementation, and innovation of all learning technology. Collaboration with departmental colleagues, subject matter experts, and department leaders is vital. You will develop and maintain all aspects related to Learning Management System (LMS) functionality, including troubleshooting, content integrations and creation, curriculum programs, LMS structure, and reporting. Additionally, you will provide technical/customer support and training on course enrollment, assignments, learning records, and reporting. Generating, analyzing, and resolving training and usage reports will be part of your tasks. You will also work with subject matter experts to publish and test digital learning solutions and create on-demand performance support resources, such as instructional videos, job aids, and FAQs. You will manage work requests and efforts within our project management tool and serve as the liaison between the Center for Learning Excellence, IT, and vendors to implement and resolve learning technology issues. Staying current with all advancements in learning technology and learning experience design will be crucial, as well as establishing respectful working relationships to enhance teamwork.
