Description
Our team is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support both sales and marketing initiatives and drive business growth. This contract-to-permanent opportunity offers exposure to a range of functions, including relationship building, market research, and collaborative project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a liaison between inside sales representatives and external marketing firms to enhance collaboration and customer engagement.
+ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
+ Track and manage sales and marketing activities using CRM tools to ensure accurate data reporting and progress monitoring.
+ Provide insights and feedback to marketing teams to help shape lead generation strategies.
+ Coordinate meetings and networking events to support relationship-building efforts.
+ Assist in the creation and execution of email campaigns, direct marketing initiatives, and social media strategies.
+ Organize and manage administrative tasks, such as inbox management and scheduling.
+ Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with business development goals.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and recommend adjustments to ensure optimal results.
+ Support event planning and execution to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, business development, or telemarketing, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting platforms.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales activity metrics and goals.
- Strong organizational skills, including inbox management and administrative assistance.
- Experience with social media and email campaign strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
