Job Description

This is a full-time in-office position at our 8622 N Himes Ave office in Tampa, Florida. This position will play a key role in assisting our underwriters with preparing and reviewing loan files to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Responsibilities:

• Assisting underwriters in gathering, reviewing, and verifying loan documentation
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all loan files
• Preparing files for underwriting review
• Communicating with loan officers, processors, and other team members to resolve outstanding conditions
• Maintaining compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mortgage lending, underwriting, or processing
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with mortgage software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
