We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, project management, coordinating office operations, and providing support to the team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Assist in training and development of new employees
- Perform various clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Supervise and support front desk operations
- Manage payroll and ensure accurate processing
- Coordinate schedules and appointments
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Provide team management support as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
