**Description:** **Job Summary:** At Alila Napa Valley, our Events Servers play a key role in delivering exceptional service for weddings, social gatherings, corporate events, and more. We are seeking on-call Events Servers who are passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and thrive in a luxury environment. This is an on-call position, ideal for individuals seeking flexible hours while being part of a world-class team. **Responsibilities:** Event Servers are responsible for food and beverage service at hotel banquet functions. They ensure the function space is visually appealing and help execute the event menu, which may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service.
