Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Vendor Payable Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments to our suppliers
Responsibilities Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records.
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.

Skills And Requirements High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of accounts payable and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
