Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a secure school environment by performing daily campus security operations, including access management, perimeter inspections, and maintaining comprehensive on-site visibility.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and key access points to prevent unauthorized entry, manage visitor flow, and consistently enforce campus security protocols during school hours and extracurricular activities.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and safety concerns, including medical incidents, disturbances, or external threats, while coordinating with school administration, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Maintain a visible, professional, and approachable presence throughout the campus to foster a safe and supportive environment while building rapport with students, staff, and visitors.
• Document all security-related activities by preparing accurate incident reports and logs, ensuring detailed records of observations, incidents, and actions for safety tracking and planning.
• Conduct routine patrols throughout classrooms, hallways, parking areas, and outdoor spaces to identify risks, enforce school policies, and maintain a secure learning environment.
• Assist in safety drills and preparedness initiatives, supporting the schools emergency response plans and ensuring readiness among students and staff.
• Observe and report maintenance or facility concerns that could pose safety risks, ensuring prompt communication with the appropriate departments for resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience : Minimum of 6+ years of experience in private protection, protective details, close protection, military, law enforcement, or a relevant protection role.

Required Licenses & Certifications:

• BSIS Guard Card.
• BSIS Appropriate Use of Force Certification.
• BSIS Powers to Arrest Certification.
• First Aid, CPR, & AED Certification (for Adults, Children, & Infants).
