Job Description

1. Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
2. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
3. Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
4. Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs and issues.
5. Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.
6. Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects and improve product quality.
7. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
8. Ensure software meets performance, security, and usability standards.
9. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools, processes, and industry trends.
