WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be the first point of contact in the sales process:

• Knock on doors and connect with homeowners

• Collect some basic information

• Set up an appointment for a solar consultant

That's it. Simple, but not easy.

COMPENSATION

• $200 every time a prospect sits for their appointment

• $1,000–$1,450 bonus when your prospect closes and goes to permit

• Uncapped commission with average annual earnings of $70,000–$250,000+

REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable transportation (required)

• Comfortable with commission-only pay structure

• Excellent communication skills and a competitive mindset

• Self-motivated and eager to learn
