Join us. **Job Description** This role will support our Strategic Recruitment initiatives by identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent. It requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in strategic recruitment and demonstrate a strong presence when partnering with business leaders. _This position can be based in any US Location where AECOM has an office presence._ **Key Responsibilities:** **Strategic Recruitment:** + Lead recruitment efforts for senior-level and critical positions across the organization. + Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates. + Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. **Relationship Management:** + Establish and nurture strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers. + Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices. + Act as a brand ambassador, effectively promoting the firm's culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates. **Candidate Assessment and Selection:** + Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. + Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the evaluation process to ensure a rigorous, inclusive, and equitable selection experience. + Lead offer negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to finalize employment terms. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field plus at least 6 years of experience in strategic recruitment, with a focus on senior positions, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. + Experience in the A/E/C industry + Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies at a high level. **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging talent. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. + Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. **Additional Information** + Relocation assistance is not available for this position + Sponsorship for US work authorization is not available for this position, now or in the future + Global and domestic travel may be required for this position Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
