Responsibilities for a Trust Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Support and facilitate client requests to achieve Private Bank client experience standards, including fulfillment of client needs across all products
- Partner with client teams, specialists, and centralized service teams to deliver Private Bank capabilities and solutions
- Identify and resolve client issues in an effective and timely manner
- Adhere to Private Bank and Enterprise risk frameworks and comply with regulatory and legal requirements
- Assist with the Private Bank client management process
- Perform tasks necessary to mitigate fiduciary risks, including addressing client issues and concerns
Candidates for Trust Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Fiduciary/trust experience
- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer and client focus mindset
- Ability to collaborate and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and risk management awareness
- Skills in administrative services, issue management, and prioritization
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in account or client management is helpful
- Ability to simplify processes and communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Ability to identify referral opportunities

**Pay Details:** $19.61 per hour
